Colorado mom Heather Surovik was days away from
giving birth when she was hit by a drunk driver, resulting in the
death of her unborn son, Brady. The driver at fault, who was a

vehicular assault and driving under the influence — but under the
current Colorado law, he could not be prosecuted for murder, because
Brady was not considered a person. Hear how Heather has taken action
to become a voice for Brady and other unborn babies in Colorado.
Plus, State Senator Owen Hill expresses his support for passing a proposed ballot measure known as the Brady Amendment, or Amendment 67, which would change the Colorado Criminal Code to define "person" and "child" to include "unborn children."
